Structural Engineer of Record and Threshold Inspectors for this 93-acre state-of-the-art pickleball facility with 43 professional courts and the world's first pickleball stadium. The project is to include four buildings including a 7,200 square foot (SF) proshop, 21,000 SF center court building with grandstand seating, 1,700 SF outdoor concession area, and 1,950 SF drop-off building that includes a performance stage.

Structural third-party design services for the storefront system support framing . The project serves as a key landmark at the center of the park facility complete with soccer, football and lacrosse fields that are intended to accommodate large-scale sporting events with crowds of up to 1,000 people. The project includes concessions, offices, storage and restroom facilities.
