Structural design services for the renovation and restoration of the existing +13,000 square foot waterfront restaurant. The design includes two new towers framing the waterside elevation of the restaurant. This concrete, masonry, structural steel framed Porte Cochere, and wood framed roof trusses structure will serve as a great landmark along the intracoastal shoreline.
